All of our dishes are made fresh each day using locally sourced, ethical produce. We use every part of each ingredient to reduce food waste and carefully select our suppliers to ensure every product has a transparent, sustainable journey from source to plate. We’re proud to work with passionate suppliers who share our values and take pride in the quality, integrity, and traceability of their produce.
We’re continuously working to reduce and recycle wherever possible, and we’re committed to eliminating single-use plastics. Our coffee cups, straws, takeaway bags, and boxes are all biodegradable.

Gift Tree
At Bottle & Thyme, we’re proud to partner with our POS system to support carbon-free dining. Through our Gift Tree initiative, diners can choose to add an optional 99p to their bill to plant a fruit tree in garden forests across the developing world.
Each tree helps to offset the carbon footprint of your meal by absorbing harmful CO₂, while also providing food, education, and resources to some of the world’s poorest communities. It’s a small contribution that makes a lasting difference — helping both people and the planet thrive.
You can even select the country, region, and community where your tree will be planted. So when you dine with us, you can enjoy great food knowing you’re also giving something back to nourish the planet we all share.
